Discrimination against black nurses was my experience. MDs in the Hartsdale location are verbally abusive to staff and will fire you if you try to stand up for yourself even in the most respectful way. I was screamed at infront of Mental health patients by a psychiatrist at the clinic for doing the right thing when a patients mom was in distress. Then fired a week later for telling the doctor not to speak to me that was . I was asked to go into my supervisor’s office 2 older white male doctors waited for me to tell me I was fired because I should have allowed the psychiatrist to tell me it was my fault a mental health patient was having a crisis.

Our daughter cannot be happier with the care, comfort, and kindness of WJCS advocates and therapists. This is an amazing well rounded organization with a ton of knowledge and expertise and we are thankful !!

My daughter recently had a breakdown and was recommended by her pediatrician to see a therapist at WJCS. For privacy reasons I won't say the therapists name. Seeing a therapist is new for my daughter since she doesn't like to let her guard down. The therapist was able to gain her trust and got my daughter to break down that wall brick by brick. Everyone who works there, including the other therapists, have been extremely nice and comforting. I can't even quantify how grateful I am for her therapist and her therapist saved my daughter's life. I highly recommend WJCS especially if you are in the same predicament as myself with your teenage daughters.

I would not recommend it for student advocacy. It is kind of a scam. I was searching for an advocate to represent me at the worst school district in Westchester, and the student advocate from here ended up teaming up with the school district, charging me fees for what she did not did at all, which was represent my child's best interest with the school district. Even getting mad at me because I had to fill for the DUE process in order to protect my kid's right. Don't wast your time and money.
