Respond Crisis Translation provides compassionate, trauma-informed interpretation and translation services in 105 languages for refugees, asylum seekers, and anyone who is facing crisis. They mobilize both in-person interpreters and provide translation over the phone. Respond Crisis Translation can also translate documentation relevant to asylum applications (hospital forms, court documents, credible fear interview transcripts, etc.)
Fee
Most work is pro bono. They may charge for Indigenous, African, Afro-Indigenous, and endangered languages in order to compensate interpreters who may themselves be refugees or asylum seekers. But they will work with you to make services affordable.
