I availed the credential evaluation(general document to document evaluation for employment purposes) services of Globe Language Services and their service was good. I went to their office with my original documents and the staff (one beautiful young lady) who took care of my case was so polite and soft-spoken and did everything well. They sent my evaluation report on the due date and I received it the next day. The evaluation was accurate.

My recent interaction with Globe Language Services left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I reached out to inquire about their services and received an unfriendly response that left me puzzled. Not only was the tone of their reply dismissive, but the information provided was confusing and contradictory to what was advertised on their website. I was genuinely interested in their services and had hoped for a clear and helpful response. Unfortunately, the experience has raised doubts about the professionalism and credibility of the company. As a customer, I believe that effective communication and transparency are crucial, especially when dealing with services as critical as document evaluations. Based on this experience, I find it hard to recommend Globe Language Services to others. A service provider's attitude towards potential clients and their ability to provide accurate information are key indicators of their reliability. I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve their customer interactions and ensure that future inquiries receive the attention and clarity they deserve.

I used their degree evaluation service to submit it to my employer and their service was fast and they did everything they could to meet my request. I was a little worried as they seemed to have some not-so-great reviews, but both of the person who contacts customers and the evaluator are great and responded my inquiries every time as fast as they could so I had no worries. I totally recommend this agency.

Service was excellent. After I arrived there it took 15-20 minutes to finish the process since my queue number was 2nd. The staff's behavior was very nice. I got my documents on time. Thanks Team Global for your excellent service.
