Unhelpful. They promised to contact me in 8 weeks for help with paying rent (I had surgery, rehabilitation) but after 8 weeks they told me that they would contact me after a few months. Waste of time.

Called a few months ago and was informed I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to be assigned to a case manager. I'm still waiting. Recently called leaving messages for a call back because there's no live intake person to answer the call. This is not accessible services for the disabled, especially facing a crisis. How is this agency able to assist with reducing the risk of homelessness when they're not readily available to aid the community? Case management is a revolving door and the client unfortunately gets lost in the system.
