In 3-4 years I got 1 mock interview and 0 follow up. I had an interview with a guy who’s name is Altin Halilaj, he was extremely arrogant didn’t show any willingness for guidance. I had to write to his Supervisor Sarah Olson, she was very professional and nice. However she couldn’t transfer me to another advisor due to limited staff during the pandemic.

Amazing organization, meaningful mission! They give priceless professional training and much needed network for new immigrants, free of charge because they want to help. Their existence and the enthusiastic staff members provide a reason to believe (if not the only one) that the US is still a land of dreams for those who want to make it a reality. I will give them 10 stars if I can!

Upwardly Global changed my life! For professional immigrants like me, getting a job in their field is most of the times very hard. And UpGlo helped me to get the job I wanted through its partners, and giving me skills and tools I needed to pitch me out and rebuild my professional network. I had the most extraordinary advisor, Mary Sise, who empowered me and made me believe in myself! I couldn't be more grateful! It meant the world to me.

Upwardly Global is a tremendous initiative.Training skilled, work-authorized 'new' immigrants, making them 'US ready' and boosting their morale is no small feat. The UG team is professional, dedicated and determined, instilling the same values in its candidates. All this for no cost! KUDOS!
