They don't really answer the phones at intake, probably they have alot of clients. Bottom line, this is an amazing organization and it helps many LGBT people. Such an amazing place. keep up the good work.

I signed up for housing, advocacy, and legal assistance. NO department has been able to assist me with ANYTHING. First off, NO department answers the phone. Reception answers SOMETIMES. I finally received a call back from housing. They said I would have to be living on the street to receive assistance. Legal flat out told me that they don't have the resources to assist and that I likely didn't have a case against landlord negligence. I have yet to hear from an advocate. Just close up shop so we won't get our hopes up.

A place I support hold heartily and give dearly to. I recommend and desire to do much more for great services they offer. 💖

Horrible when you call box is always full. They hardly call you back.
