Oral surgery department ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My superstars , my superheroes )) Doctor Daniel Bui , assistant Stacey Richard , Denice at Front Desk, and doctor who took X-ray and discussed surgery with me (sorry , didn’t ask name) Long story short with wisdom teeth- 2 extractions and 1 remove less than 30 minutes. No pain . With local anesthesia 🙏( I asked about it! I do not like sedation although they offered) They really asked me how I want , at the same day or different days, if I feel ok , and made appointment in 1 week automatically to check I am fine. Overall the whole team look professional , positive, well organized . Place is clean . Of course was swollen 4-5 days, but next day I even didn’t take pain killers. One issue - first appointment I waited more then 1 month.. second and third we’re pretty fast . But I don’t complain )) because with wisdom teeth it can be planned in advance.

I recently visited the MRI center at this hospital, and my experience was incredibly frustrating. The wait times were beyond ridiculous, making me feel like my time wasn't valued at all. I had to wait 3 hours past my appointment time, with no communication or updates from the staff. It's disheartening that they don't seem to care about their patients' schedules. I understand that healthcare can be busy, but this level of disregard for people's time is unacceptable. I hope they improve their operations and show more consideration for their patients in the future.

my baby have to fasting 6 hours for heart ultrasound from 4 am - 10 am , but they didn’t do anything , its already 1 pm and my baby still fasting, and they just said down stairs not ready yet, so whyyyyy you let my baby to fasting , and ali saw in my chart app the appointment at 10 am for ultrasound and the nurse said 10 am its just the order and prepared, whattttttttt i saw is 10 am appointment is appointment not order or whatever i dont care, the thing is they let my baby fasting from 4 am , they said only six hours its already more then 9 hours and they said hopefully before 2 pm ????? for 2 pm that means is fasting for 10 hours ? for baby 7 months no food no drink? and also if they say we have to wait 1 hour that means we have to wait 1 day

Horrible,Horrible place. We live in Cincinnati, Ohio. My mother came here because she thought she had stroke. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. There were patients lined up in the hallways and they were being ignored. The nurse had no clue what she was doing and had to stick my mother several times to get the IV. They did a EKG on her and two more unnecessary EKG’s. They did a CT scan, determined she didn’t have a stroke and tried to sneak and admit her. They were counting on no one being there for my mom. Her urine sample sat on the back of the bed the whole time she was there. I asked the nurse aren’t you supposed to dispose of this and she put it back down and it sat there. I have never seen a more unorganized hospital in my life. The doctors were completely clueless and please don’t ever seen your love ones here.

I would give zero stars if I could No one actually cares! It’s like a butcher shop. They quick to admit you to get your insurance information to charge them but then you wait 6 hours for X-rays after you been in a car accident? And no you not waiting that long because the X-ray room is occupied you waiting for hours cause no one wants to push you down the hall to the X-ray room. Unbelievable how incompetent this hospital staff is!!!!
